Alcohol Policy

No outside alcohol will be permitted in accordance with our liquor license issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. All alcohol must be purchased from Baxter Creek Golf Club. Unauthorized alcohol on the property is subject to confiscation. Personal coolers are not permitted. Baxter Creek Golf Club is within its Rights and Obligations to check bags that may be in violation of this policy.

Rain Check Policy

Rain Checks are given by the golf course and are the responsibility of the golfer to obtain. Rain checks will not be issued after a group's departure. Rain checks will not be issued if the course is declared cart path only.

Should the course be closed due to a rainout or lightning, full 18 hole rain checks will be issued for those who have completed 3 holes or less. After the completion of the 4th hole, pro-rated rain checks will be issued. For example, if 7 holes have been completed, a voucher will be provided for the value of the remaining 11 holes. $60 green fee, 11/18 holes remain, $36.66 rain check will be issued.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Baxter Creek requires a 48-hour notice in advance of your tee time for a complete cancellation of any reservation. An adjustment to the number in your party may be made up to 24 hours in advance of your tee time.

Any reservation made for more players than arrive on the scheduled day of play will be subject to a 'No-Show Fee' of $40 per player at the responsibility of the booking party.

A player with 4 or more "no show" spots (a foursome counts as 4 spots) dating back the prior two golf seasons will have their account deactivated. Fees may apply to reinstate the account.

No refunds will be offered to any player or group that do not abide by Baxter Creek Golf Clubs rules and regulations. This includes abuse of carts, turf, staff, and our alcohol policy outlined above. Management reserves the right to remove any person or group from the property when it has been determined that they are in violation of these rules and regulations.

Players Allowed/Spectators

Maximum players allowed in a group is 4. Any additional players or spectators that exceed this number are not permitted unless pre approved by the pro shop at least 24 hours in advanced.

Pace of Play/Player Conduct

Expected pace of play for 18 holes is 4:15. Those who are unable to keep pace may be asked to speed up, skip holes, or in extreme cases, leave the golf course. Those who cause damage to the golf course or power carts will be removed from the golf course without a refund and will be liable for any/all damages caused.
